IceCast is a decent lightweight and fast streaming software for multimedia, mostly used for music and popular for streaming as an internet radio station, just like ShoutCAST.

Some prefer IceCast because you can use other encoders and it streams faster to the listener(s).

Nothing much really to say about it - It's very much like ShoutCAST, except more reliable, preferred and compatiable, but slightly harder to setup - But you don't need to worry about that! We're the hosters and we setup anything for you!
